Penile Implants
These are the most irreversible and drastic ways of achieving artificial erection. Only when all other measures have been exhausted with no longer-lasting effects are achieved is that penile implants are warranted. These are prosthetic devices made of inert silicone, which are surgically inserted into the penis. Normal erection cannot be achieved after that. There are two kinds of penile implants:

Enzyte
Enzyte is a product that has been advertised by saturation coverage on television channels such as Court-TV. However, the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) has filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) about Enzyte for deceptive advertising. It is manufactured by Berkeley Nutritionals, which is alleged to be the subject of an investigation by the Attorney General of Ohio and the defendant in class-action lawsuits.
Enzyte is a supplement that claims to increase the male libido or frequency of erections of the penis. Commercials for Enzyte are shown regularly on television. These commercials feature a man named Bob who never stops smiling, apparently because he had taken Enzyte and improved the size of his sex organs. The commercials are riddled with symbolic phallic imagery, e.g. golf clubs, remarkably tall glasses of iced tea, and a hose spraying barely a trickle of water (carried by someone who doesn't use Enzyte).
The effectiveness of Enzyte is in dispute. Some medical professionals in fact advise against taking Enzyte, saying that it can lead to damage. The Center for Science in the Public Interest have urged the Federal Trade Commission to disallow further television advertising for Enzyte due to a lack of proper studies supporting claims. Enzyte maker Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals, Inc., is currently under a class action lawsuit for false advertising.
Enzyte is said to contain: Tribulus terrestris; Yohimbe Extract; Niacin; Epimedium; Avena sativa; Zinc Oxide; Maca; Muira Pauma; Ginkgo biloba; L-Arginine; Saw Palmetto. Other ingredients: gelatin, rice bran, oat fiber, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Herbal and other alternative treatments
These are generally ineffective when tested blind, but may be useful for their psychological (placebo) effect: if a good result is expected, any highly-praised, and often expensive, treatment can be effective. Reputable drugs can also benefit from the same effect.

PDE5 Inhibitors
The prescription PDE5 inhibitors sildenafil (Viagra®), vardenafil (Levitra®) and tadalafil (Cialis®) are prescription drugs which are taken orally. But, alas, human nature and life itself don’t work that way—for long, or without unleashing counter-forces such as unions, restrictive legislation, workers compensation claims, and lawsuits.
Somehow, business owners think it’s “cheating” or “dumb” or self-defeating to pay people exceptionally well. They’d prefer to be clever, to invest in labor saving technologies, to cut out the human touch everywhere they can, instead of handing over living, and indeed, prospering wages.
But recall, if you will, that practical experiment undertaken by Henry Ford, by no means a soft touch.
Ford invented the “$5 Day.”
To attract and recruit the very best laborers in America to work on his modern assembly lines he offered that astonishingly high wage. From what I understand, this more than doubled the prevailing rates.
People thought Ford was crazy, and I’m sure he was vilified by his fellow captains of industry.
But his move paid off. He did get the best available people to work for him, and together, they made very, very good money.
From time to time there have been companies that have raised pay substantially, through salaries, profit-sharing, stock options, attractive retirement packages, and the like. And quite often, they’ve reaped a reward from their employees, by way of output and loyalty.
But nothing is as direct or as motivating as more money in that pay envelope.
Most of the silly stuff you hear about today, such as RESISTANCE TO CHANGE is easily overcome when we align people’s interests and commit to sharing the goodies, all around.

I heard a well-known psychologist state, “a man falls in love with the way his woman makes him feel when she’s around him.” As a husband and father of three, I say, “Yes, that’s true!”
But, how do you make her feel?
There are many qualities that make a good man – providing for your family, being a good parent, being the spiritual leader of your family, and so on…

In order for anyone to apply any of what I write, it is important that first, you and your partner communicate. And, you must both be TRUTHFUL.
So, does your wife think penis size is important? Here’s a little scenario to see for yourself, if your partner is satisfied with your penis size. Only use this if you’re both open-minded in the “size” conversation. Otherwise, it may cause problems. Here it is:
Tell her: 'Imagine there is another guy that is an exact duplicate of me, like a clone. Body, personality, everything is the same except one thing. The clone has a smaller penis than mine. One inch less in length and circumference. Now imagine the two of us in front of you. Which one do you choose to have sex with?'
If you don't belong to the less than 0.1% of men whose penises are just too big for most women, she will choose you of course. But maybe she feels the trick coming and decides that she wants both of you because she 'likes variety'. Insist that she can only have one because the other one will evaporate or whatever. She will surely choose you above the clone.
Then continue: 'Okay, now imagine this same clone but with a larger penis than mine, one inch more in length and circumference. Who do you choose now?'
She will not answer it. True, it is a dirty question that brings out the truth and shows the deepest desire of your woman. It is a no-win situation for you because even if she chooses you above the bigger one you won't believe her. But let's say she insists and repeats that she really doesn't want it to be bigger. Trick her like this: 'Okay, pretend I do not exist and there are only the two clones, one with a penis smaller than mine and one with a penis larger than mine. Who do you choose now?'
Force her to choose, just as she was able to choose earlier on. She will most likely choose the bigger one. The truth is, for some men, even if their partners are happy, size does matter. I would offer this though – to try to compare penis size to breast size in women, let’s say aesthetically, doesn’t work. Breasts are evident; we men get to see what we’re getting beforehand. A man’s package is not so evident (for very large men, it can be). So women tend to focus more on the eyes, hair-style, dress/fashion, smell, etc.
Regardless, I’ve been body-building and nutrition for over twenty years, and I want my wife to be aesthetically attracted to all of my body. These have been my experiences, with a variety of products.
I had reached a goal with my physique, where I was very happy with myself. My muscle size was above average, there was symmetry, my skin was healthy, and I carried an air of confidence.
